Write an email
For a faster reply, include
- The email address linked to your account;
- your device (e.g. iPhone, Android) and the app version;
- a short description of what happened and, if possible, a screenshot.
Privacy: never include passwords, PIN codes or card details in your email. Support does not need this information.
