Puvita — Delete your account and data
Option 1 — Delete inside the app (fastest)
Parent account: Parent Zone → More → Account → Delete my account. You will be asked to sign in again and enter your parent PIN.
A child's account and data: Parent Zone → More → Children and codes → Delete the child's account (parent PIN required).
Option 2 — Request deletion without the app
Send an e-mail from the e-mail address of your Puvita parent account to support@puvita.io with the subject “Puvita account deletion request”. Tell us what to delete:
- your parent account, and/or
- the account and data of a child (write the child's nickname).
We may ask one question to confirm that the account is yours. We complete requests within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Parent account: your sign-in (e-mail / Google / Apple link), name, parent PIN, consent records, the tasks you created, requests, your messages with the child and the test purchase list. For “Sign in with Apple” accounts the Apple authorisation is revoked as well.
- Child account: nickname, birth year, avatar, coins and gems, game progress, tasks, messages, screen-time and wellbeing counters (movement minutes, glasses of water, sleep hours), activity history, connected devices and codes.
What is kept, and for how long
- When a parent deletes only their own account, the child's account is not deleted. It is kept for 12 months without a parent, so that a parent can re-attach it with a recovery code. If nobody re-attaches it, it is permanently deleted automatically after 12 months. To delete the child's data immediately, delete the child's account first (see above).
- A deleted child account is kept for 30 days in a “pending deletion” state (the child cannot sign in; the parent can restore it). After 30 days everything is permanently deleted.
- An anonymous deletion record (date and reason only, no identifiers) is kept in our security log for up to 12 months.
- We keep no backups of deleted data.
Puvita — Hesabın və məlumatların silinməsi
1-ci yol — tətbiqin içində (ən sürətli)
Valideyn hesabı: Valideyn Zonası → Daha Çox → Hesab → Hesabımı sil. Yenidən daxil olmaq və valideyn PIN-ini yazmaq lazımdır.
Uşağın hesabı və məlumatı: Valideyn Zonası → Daha Çox → Uşaqlar və kodlar → Uşağın hesabını sil (valideyn PIN-i ilə).
2-ci yol — tətbiqsiz xahiş
Puvita valideyn hesabının e-poçt ünvanından support@puvita.io ünvanına “Puvita hesab silmə xahişi” mövzusu ilə məktub yaz və nəyin silinməsini istədiyini bildir:
- valideyn hesabın və / və ya
- uşağın hesabı və məlumatı (uşağın ləqəbini yaz).
Hesabın sənə məxsus olduğunu təsdiqləmək üçün bir sual verə bilərik. Xahişlər 30 gün ərzində icra olunur.
Nə silinir
- Valideyn hesabı: giriş (e-poçt / Google / Apple bağlantısı), ad, valideyn PIN-i, razılıq qeydləri, verdiyin tapşırıqlar, sorğular, uşaqla yazışman və test alış siyahısı. “Apple ilə giriş” hesablarında Apple icazəsi də ləğv olunur.
- Uşaq hesabı: ləqəb, doğum ili, avatar, Qızıl və Elmas, oyun irəliləyişi, tapşırıqlar, mesajlar, ekran vaxtı və sağlamlıq sayğacları (hərəkət dəqiqəsi, su, yuxu), fəaliyyət tarixçəsi, qoşulmuş cihazlar və kodlar.
Nə saxlanılır və nə qədər
- Valideyn yalnız öz hesabını siləndə uşağın hesabı silinmir. O, valideynsiz 12 ay saxlanılır ki, valideyn bərpa kodu ilə onu geri bağlaya bilsin. Heç kim bağlamasa, 12 aydan sonra avtomatik və həmişəlik silinir. Uşağın məlumatını dərhal silmək üçün əvvəlcə uşağın hesabını sil (yuxarıda).
- Silinən uşaq hesabı 30 gün “silinmə gözlənilir” vəziyyətində qalır (uşaq daxil ola bilmir; valideyn bərpa edə bilər). 30 gündən sonra hər şey həmişəlik silinir.
- Təhlükəsizlik jurnalında anonim silmə qeydi (yalnız tarix və səbəb, şəxsi məlumatsız) 12 aya qədər saxlanılır.
- Silinən məlumatın ehtiyat nüsxəsi saxlanılmır.
