Puvita — Privacy Policy
In short. Puvita is a family app for children aged 6–17 and their parents. A parent creates the account and the child's profile. We do not ask for a child's real name, photo or e-mail. We show no ads, we use no analytics or tracking tools, and we do not sell or share personal data. Camera images never leave the phone. A parent can delete the account and the child's data at any time.
1. Who we are
Puvita is operated by OVVL DIGITAL SOLUTIONS, MMC, 166B, 2, Fatalikhan Khoyski str., Baku AZ1072, Azerbaijan (“Puvita”, “we”). Contact for privacy questions and requests: support@puvita.io.
2. Who uses Puvita
- Parents (18+) create an account, give consent, create the child's profile and manage it.
- Children (6–17) do not register. A child signs in on their own phone with a one-time Child Code created by the parent.
A child's profile exists only because a parent created it and consented to the processing described here.

4. What we do not collect
- A child's real name, surname, photo, e-mail address or phone number.
- Camera images. The camera is used only to count exercise movements. The image is analysed on the phone, is not recorded, not stored and not sent anywhere. A parent can switch this feature off.
- Motion sensor data. Steps and jumps are counted on the phone; the sensor data is not stored or sent.
- Location, contacts, photo library, microphone recordings.
- Advertising identifiers. There are no ads, no analytics, no tracking and no crash-reporting tools in the app.
- Payment data. Nothing is sold in the current version of the app.
- Calories, weight or body measurements.
5. How we use the data
Only to run the app: sign-in, showing tasks and rewards, the parent's reports and controls, restoring game progress, protecting accounts, and answering support requests. We do not use the data for advertising or profiling, and we make no automated decisions with legal effect.
6. Who can see the data
- The parent sees their child's profile, tasks, reports, screen time, wellbeing counters and the messages between parent and child.
- The child sees their own profile, tasks, rewards and messages from the parent.
- Other users do not see a child's data. Leaderboards in the current version show sample players only; a parent can also hide the child's nickname.
- Our service provider. Data is stored and processed with Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions) in data centres in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). If the parent chooses “Sign in with Google” or “Sign in with Apple”, that provider confirms the parent's identity and gives us the e-mail address and name. Google and Apple act under their own terms; we do not give them children's data for their own purposes.
We do not sell personal data and do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We may disclose data if the law requires it.
7. How long we keep the data

8. Your choices and rights
- See and correct: the parent can view and change the child's nickname, age and settings in the Parent Zone.
- Control: daily screen-time limit, quiet hours, camera use, games and whether the nickname appears on leaderboards — all protected by the parent PIN.
- Delete: in the app (Parent Zone → More → Account → “Delete my account”; More → Children and codes → “Delete the child's account”) or without the app at https://puvita.io/delete-account.
- Withdraw consent, get a copy of the data, object or complain: write to support@puvita.io from the e-mail address of the parent account. We answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
9. Children's privacy
Puvita is designed so that a child shares as little as possible. Only a parent can create a child's profile and must consent first. Children cannot buy anything, cannot be found or contacted by strangers in the current version, and every message a child writes to a parent is checked so that phone numbers, addresses, links and rude words are not sent. If you believe a child has an account without a parent's consent, write to us and we will delete it.
10. Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Access to data is restricted by server rules: a parent sees only their own children, a child sees only their own profile. Balances and rewards can be changed only by our server. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach that affects you, we will inform you as the law requires.
11. Changes
If we change this policy in an important way, we will show the new version in the app and, where required, ask for the parent's consent again. The version and date are shown at the top.

Qısaca. Puvita 6–17 yaşlı uşaqlar və onların valideynləri üçün ailə tətbiqidir. Hesabı və uşağın profilini valideyn yaradır. Uşağın real adını, şəklini və e-poçtunu soruşmuruq. 2. Puvita-dan kim istifadə edir
- Valideynlər (18+) hesab açır, razılıq verir, uşağın profilini yaradır və idarə edir.
- Uşaqlar (6–17) qeydiyyatdan keçmir. Uşaq öz telefonunda valideynin yaratdığı bir dəfəlik Uşaq Kodu ilə daxil olur.
Uşağın profili yalnız valideyn onu yaratdığı və burada təsvir olunan işlənməyə razılıq verdiyi üçün mövcuddur.

4. Nə toplamırıq
- Uşağın real adı, soyadı, şəkli, e-poçt ünvanı və telefon nömrəsi.
- Kamera görüntüsü. Kamera yalnız idman hərəkətlərini saymaq üçündür. Görüntü telefonda təhlil olunur, yazılmır, saxlanılmır və heç yerə göndərilmir. Valideyn bu funksiyanı söndürə bilər.
- Hərəkət sensorunun məlumatı. Addım və tullanmalar telefonda sayılır; sensor məlumatı saxlanılmır və göndərilmir.
- Yer məlumatı, kontaktlar, şəkil qalereyası, mikrofon yazısı.
- Reklam identifikatoru. Tətbiqdə reklam, analitika, izləmə və qəza hesabatı alətləri yoxdur.
- Ödəniş məlumatı. Tətbiqin indiki versiyasında heç nə satılmır.
- Kalori, çəki və bədən ölçüləri.
5. Məlumatdan necə istifadə edirik
Yalnız tətbiqin işləməsi üçün: giriş, tapşırıq və mükafatların göstərilməsi, valideynin hesabatları və nəzarəti, oyun irəliləyişinin bərpası, hesabların qorunması və dəstək xahişlərinə cavab. Məlumatdan reklam və profilləşdirmə üçün istifadə etmirik; hüquqi nəticəsi olan avtomatik qərarlar qəbul etmirik.
6. Məlumatı kim görür
- Valideyn uşağının profilini, tapşırıqlarını, hesabatlarını, ekran vaxtını, sağlamlıq sayğaclarını və uşaqla öz yazışmasını görür.
- Uşaq öz profilini, tapşırıqlarını, mükafatlarını və valideynin mesajlarını görür.
- Başqa istifadəçilər uşağın məlumatını görmür. İndiki versiyada reytinq cədvəllərində yalnız nümunə oyunçular göstərilir; valideyn uşağın ləqəbini də gizlədə bilər.
- Xidmət təminatçımız. Məlumat Google Firebase-də (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions), Avropa İttifaqındakı məlumat mərkəzlərində (Frankfurt, Almaniya) saxlanılır və işlənir. Valideyn “Google ilə giriş” və ya “Apple ilə giriş” seçərsə, həmin təminatçı valideynin kimliyini təsdiqləyir və bizə e-poçt ünvanını və adı verir. Google və Apple öz şərtləri ilə işləyir; uşaqların məlumatını onlara öz məqsədləri üçün vermirik.
Şəxsi məlumatı satmırıq, reklamçılarla və məlumat brokerləri ilə paylaşmırıq. Qanun tələb etdikdə məlumatı açıqlaya bilərik.

8. Seçimləriniz və hüquqlarınız
- Baxmaq və düzəltmək: valideyn Valideyn Zonasında uşağın ləqəbinə, yaşına və ayarlarına baxa və dəyişə bilər.
- Nəzarət: günlük ekran vaxtı limiti, sakit saatlar, kamera, oyunlar və ləqəbin reytinqdə görünməsi — hamısı valideyn PIN-i ilə.
- Silmək: tətbiqdə (Valideyn Zonası → Daha Çox → Hesab → “Hesabımı sil”; Daha Çox → Uşaqlar və kodlar → “Uşağın hesabını sil”) və ya tətbiqsiz: https://puvita.io/delete-account.
- Razılığı geri götürmək, məlumatın surətini almaq, etiraz və ya şikayət: valideyn hesabının e-poçt ünvanından support@puvita.io ünvanına yazın. 30 gün ərzində cavab veririk. Yaşadığınız ölkədən asılı olaraq məlumatların qorunması üzrə orqana şikayət etmək hüququnuz da ola bilər.
9. Uşaqların məxfiliyi
Puvita elə qurulub ki, uşaq mümkün qədər az məlumat paylaşsın. Uşağın profilini yalnız valideyn yarada bilər və əvvəlcə razılıq verməlidir. Uşaqlar heç nə ala bilmir, indiki versiyada yad adamlar onları tapa və onlara yaza bilmir, uşağın valideynə yazdığı hər mesaj yoxlanır — telefon nömrəsi, ünvan, link və kobud söz göndərilmir. Uşağın valideyn razılığı olmadan hesabı olduğunu düşünürsünüzsə, bizə yazın — siləcəyik.
10. Təhlükəsizlik
Məlumat ötürülərkən şifrələnir. Məlumata giriş server qaydaları ilə məhdudlaşdırılıb: valideyn yalnız öz uşaqlarını, uşaq yalnız öz profilini görür. Balansı və mükafatları yalnız serverimiz dəyişə bilər. Heç bir sistem tam təhlükəsiz deyil; sizə təsir edən pozuntu olarsa, qanunun tələb etdiyi qaydada məlumat verəcəyik.
11. Dəyişikliklər
Bu siyasətdə vacib dəyişiklik olarsa, yeni versiyanı tətbiqdə göstərəcək və tələb olunan hallarda valideynin razılığını yenidən alacağıq. Versiya və tarix yuxarıda yazılıb.
